The Real Gap

The tools are not the problem anymore

You have the licenses. You have a few people using them well and a lot of people using them occasionally. What you do not have is someone senior whose actual job is deciding what to do next, in what order, and what to stop doing.

That decision does not need a full-time hire. It needs someone who has made it before.

The Role

What a fractional AI advisor actually does

A fractional AI advisor is a senior voice in your leadership conversations every month, without the hire. You get the judgment, the prioritization, and the accountability of an executive who owns AI, at a fraction of the cost and none of the recruiting.

Ongoing partnership, custom monthly retainer.

The Right Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not

Advisory is the right next step if

  • Your team already has working wins, and the question has moved from where do we start to how do we keep this compounding.

  • You want the pace from one workshop to hold across the whole company.

  • Nobody internally owns AI strategy, and you are not ready to hire for it.

  • You want a senior voice in the room every month, not a one-time project.

Start somewhere else if

What you get

  • A senior AI partner on call for the decisions that come up between projects
  • Ongoing strategy for where AI goes next in your business, revisited as things change
  • Governance and safety guidance so speed never costs you your reputation
  • Direct access, not a ticket queue
  • Implementation available in scoped blocks when you want something built

Our Exclusive Method Behind the Partnership

Built on the AI for ROI™ Framework

Only 5% of companies have completed internal AI initiatives with measurable return on investment (MIT NANDA, 2025). This is how they did it.

  1. Align

Align goals, people, and governance to pinpoint the highest-impact AI opportunities.

  2. Integrate

Activate a structured pilot to meet the goal identified in the Align phase, for 14 or 30 days, with human oversight.

  3. Scale

Review pilot results, deepen automation, and embed continuous learning. Then repeat.

Advisory is how Phase 3 actually happens. We stay with you through Scale, so proven wins spread instead of stalling after the first success.

How it compares

What it costs to get senior AI leadership the other ways.

A part-time AI hire runs $8,000 to $15,000 a month fully loaded.

A fractional CxO runs $5,000 to $12,000 a month.

A Big 4 junior consultant at ten hours runs $2,500 to $4,500 a month.

You are not buying hours. You are buying a senior partner who already knows your business, your tools, and what you tried last quarter.

Investment

Two ways to work together, each sized to what your business actually needs.

AI Advisory

Ongoing partnership, custom monthly retainer

Scoped to your business and your pace. Most engagements start after a workshop, and we size the retainer to what you actually need rather than a fixed package.

Questions

Before you book

How is this priced?

Retainers are scoped to the engagement and quoted on our call. What shapes the number: how many leadership conversations you want each month, whether implementation is bundled, and how many teams we are supporting. You will have a real figure before you leave the call.

How much of your time do we get?

As much as the engagement calls for. This is ongoing executive-level guidance, not a block of metered hours, so we scope it around what you actually need each month rather than a stopwatch.

What is the minimum commitment?

Advisory runs on a rolling monthly basis. Most engagements need about 90 days before the compounding shows up, which is the honest answer rather than a contract requirement.

What do the first 30 days look like?

We start with a working session to map where AI is already costing or making you money. From there you get a prioritized plan, and we pick the first workflow to change together. You will need about an hour from the right people in week one, and access to the tools your team already uses. By the end of the month one workflow is running differently and you can see what it moved.

We already have Copilot licenses. Why do we need this?

Licenses are capability. Adoption is a second problem and prioritization is a third. Advisory is about deciding which workflows to change and in what order, which no license does for you.

Do you need to be onsite?

No. Advisory runs remotely. Workshops are in person, and travel beyond 30 miles is quoted separately.

What happens if it is not working?

We say so. If the engagement is not producing, we either change what we are working on or we end it. You are not locked in.
