Solutions
You do not need an AI strategy.
You need a first move.
Most teams who call us have already bought the tools. The hard part was never whether AI could help. It is knowing which move actually pays off first, and getting the people who do the work to come with you.
Three Ways In
Pick the one that sounds like your last leadership meeting
Most teams arrive having already bought the tools. Here is the fastest first step from each starting point.
"We need a quick win with our AI initiatives, but not sure where to start."
Start with the AI Opportunity Audit
$495
A short questionnaire, a focused 1:1 consult on your tools and workflows, and a written AI Opportunity Report naming your three highest-ROI first moves. Your fee credits toward anything you book within 30 days.
"My team isn't using the AI we've already bought and needs training."
Start with a Team Workshop
$1,200+
Three hands-on formats built around your industry, your roles, and the tools you already pay for: AI Foundations, the AI for ROI™ Workshop, and AI Adoption for Teams. Every session leaves your team with working wins, not a list of ideas.
"We've got a multi-month project and need senior help, without adding permanent overhead."
Start with Fractional AI Advisory
Ongoing partnership, custom monthly retainer
Ongoing strategic guidance for leaders who want a senior AI voice in the room every month, without a full-time hire. Implementation available in scoped blocks.
Not sure which one fits? Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we'll point you at the right first step.
Choosing
How to pick, without overthinking it
Three options is deliberate. Any more and most people stall, book nothing, and stay exactly where they were. So here is the short version.
“We are spending on AI and I cannot tell what is working.”
Start with the AI Opportunity Audit. You get a baseline and three prioritized moves before you spend another dollar.
“We have the tools. My people are not using them.”
Start with a team workshop. Adoption is a people problem before it is a technology problem, and it gets solved in the room.
“This is bigger than one project, and I am not hiring for it yet.”
Start with AI Advisory. Senior help on call, without adding permanent headcount.
Still torn? Start with the audit. It is the cheapest way to find out, and the $495 credits toward anything you book in the next 30 days. If you go bigger, choosing it costs you nothing.
Our Exclusive Method Behind Every Workshop
Built on the AI for ROI™ Framework
Only 5% of companies have completed internal AI initiatives with measurable return on investment. This is how they did it.
-
Align
Align goals, people, and governance to pinpoint the highest-impact AI opportunities.
-
Integrate
Activate a structured pilot to meet the goal identified in the Align phase, for 14 or 30 days, with human oversight.
-
Scale
Review pilot results, deepen automation, and embed continuous learning. Then repeat.
Your workshop runs Phases 1 and 2 in a single working session, so your team leaves with a pilot already underway rather than a plan to start one.
FAQs
Questions people ask before booking
Which one should most teams start with?
The AI Opportunity Audit. It is the cheapest way to find out where AI actually pays off in your business, and the $495 fee credits toward any engagement you book within 30 days. If you already know your problem is adoption rather than direction, go straight to a workshop.
What is the difference between the three workshops?
AI Foundations is a 90-minute virtual session that grounds the whole team in practical, responsible AI use, starting at $1,200. The AI for ROI™ Workshop is a 3-hour in-person working session where your team applies Phases 1 and 2 of the AI for ROI™ Framework to your real workflows. AI Adoption for Teams is a 3-hour in-person session built on the AI Personality Assessment, for teams where the tools are in place but people are not using them.
Do you run the workshops virtually?
AI Foundations is virtual by design. The two 3-hour workshops are in person only. They run on hands-on group work and people building their own use cases out loud in one room, and that does not survive a video call. The format is part of what makes them work.
How many people can attend?
The two 3-hour workshops cap at 15 participants. That is a quality cap rather than a pricing one, because a working session with exercises turns into a lecture past 15. AI Foundations has no cap, since a 90-minute virtual briefing works the same for 12 people or 60.
We have never done anything structured with AI. Is it too early?
No, and that is usually the best time. Most of the teams we work with have some tools and no plan, which means nothing has to be undone first. The audit exists precisely for this point.
What if we are not sure this is the right fit?
Book a free 30-minute discovery call. No pitch, no obligation, and you leave with at least one thing you can act on whether or not we work together.
Ready for an AI partner who puts your people first?
Start with the AI Opportunity Audit, or take thirty minutes and just talk it through. Either way you are talking to a person.
